Palace Hotel Gwangju, Gwangju Metropolitan City

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of everything with convenient access to shopping and nice breakfast spots. The rooms are quite big, surprisingly quiet for a busy pedestrian zone, and impeccably clean and spacious. The service, despite the language barrier at the registration desk, was efficient and offered useful amenities like dry cleaning and tours assistance. However, a bit more clarity on pricing would have been nice. The dining, though having good options, had a few shortcomings, especially in the Western Breakfast selection. Nevertheless, the grilled fish was a standout. Overall, a great value-for-money stay with a few minor hiccups.
